Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Discord Giveaway Terms & Conditions – A motorsport / Race for Diversity themed goody bag with a cap signed by Oliver Bearman (the ‘Giveaway’).

1. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity are the owners of the Giveaway and have the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. It is a condition of entry to the Giveaway that these Terms & Conditions are accepted as binding on the entrant.
3. The Giveaway is open to those in the Race for Diversity Discord community between 12:00 12th January 2026 and 23:59 31st January 2026.
4. To enter the Giveaway the entrant must complete the Racee for Diversity annual community survey during the above specified time period.
5. Entrants must be at least 16 years old to enter the Giveaway and must be current residents of the United Kingdom.
6. A parent or legal guardian may enter on behalf of their child under the age of 16 subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7. Only one entry per person is permitted.
8. The Giveaway ends on 31st January 2026 at 23:59, and the winner will be picked at random and notified within one week of the closing date.
9. The Giveaway prize is a motorsport / Race for Diversity themed goody bag with a cap signed by Oliver Bearman (the ‘Prize’).
10. Any expenses incurred by the winner or any other party in relation to the Giveaway or the Prize shall not be payable by Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity.
11. Delivery of the Prize will be effected in a manner at Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity’s discretion.
12. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity will contact the Giveaway winner via the email used in the completion of the Race for Diversity annual community survey to enter the Giveaway, to confirm that they have won the Prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours to claim the Prize, that winner shall forfeit the Prize and Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity shall choose a new winner.
13. Employees of Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity and their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.
14. The winner must when required by Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity confirm and provide evidence that they meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
15. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry and or any awarded Prize will be invalid.
16. The Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged for any cash amount nor exchanged for any other goods or services or date nor can the Prize be sold or transferred by the winner to any other person.
17. The entrant confirms permission for Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity to request and use their personal data as necessary for the limited purposes of this Giveaway including the publication of their name and / or likeness where applicable.
18. The entrant agrees that Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity (or any third party nominated by Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity) may in its sole discretion use the entrant’s comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party).
19. Should the Giveaway entry include the submission of a third party’s personal data the entrant confirms they have the permission of that third party to do so and that these Terms and Conditions have been brought to that persons’ attention. If any such data relates to a person under the age of 16, the entrant must seek the relevant parent or guardian’s permission to share such data.
20. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity may have to share the personal data of any Giveaway winner and guest with third parties for the purpose of issuing the Prize.
21. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity have the right to cancel and withdraw the Giveaway at any time.
22. Any entry that is incomplete or which contains offensive material or is otherwise spoiled shall be discarded and or rejected as not complying with these Terms and Conditions and shall be void.
23. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity will not enter into any correspondence concerning the Prize and or Giveaway.
24. By entering the Giveaway the entrant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
25. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or Prizes. Motorsport UK - Race for Diversity will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise.
26. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
